Please fill out this form to propose an idea for a workshop or event. Once we have your request we will follow up with you regarding dates, specifics, cost, commission, and how to get started from there.

Workshop/Event profits are split 50/50 between the shop and the instructor/event leader (unless otherwise discussed).

Materials and supplies are provided by the instructor (if Kleur does not already have necessary supplies) and therefore should be considered when setting the workshop price. All things can be negotiated.

Please visit our website to view our calendar to have an idea of available dates. We are closed Mondays and Tuesdays and do not have events on Sundays (though negotiable on a case-by-case basis)

Workshop registration is available through our website and Kleur will promote the event in the standard PR package of three-five social media posts in the month leading up to the event. Any additional promotion is the responsibility of the party leading the event!

Workshops and events are typically 2 hours long, with some exceptions. Workshops will usually start at 6pm and end at 8pm, unless otherwise determined.

For MUSIC or PERFORMANCE events, we have access to a large and very nice covered outdoor venue, with a stage and large seating and/or table capacity - located right in our complex, across the parking lot, in the Big Winston Open Market space. Availability of this space is determined by its lessor. After you submit this form, we will have to confirm availability of this space with them before we can proceed with planning.

Kleur reserves the right to deny ANY proposal that is not in line with our mission of community enlightenment and empowerment. Events that restrict access to or exclude guests on the basis of race, gender, religious affiliation, or in any way condemn the lifestyles of others will not be considered.

Suggested Event Price for Participants (please consider the cost of materials per person): - NOTE - Kleur tries to keep workshops as accessible as possible, so we ideally like to keep price at a maximum of $30. Workshops that do not require the purchase of supplies we like to cap at $5. We do encourage FREE workshops when possible, if supplies aren't needed, in which case the instructor's time is donated :)
