- No artwork is to be resubmitted within 24 months.
- All artwork to be labelled on the back with Title, Name, Medium
- You'll need to complete a separate form for each piece. After you submit each entry you'll be given the option to submit another response.

NB: Whatever you write will be printed so take care with spelling. PLEASE DON'T USE ALL CAPITAL LETTERS OR QUOTATION MARKS. PLEASE USE THE $ SIGN AND NO CENTS IN YOUR PRICES.
