Terner Center and Berkeley Real Estate Club Present: A Conversation on Rent Control + Fall Open House
Please join the Terner Center for Housing Innovation and the Berkeley Real Estate Club for a co-hosted panel discussion on rent control policy in California.

The panel will be moderated by Matt Levin, a data and housing reporter with CalMatters and co-host of Gimme Shelter: The California Housing Crisis Podcast (https://calmatters.org/articles/category/podcasts/gimme-shelter/).

Mr. Levin will be joined by three expert panelists, offering a diversity of perspectives on rent control policy as it pertains to housing affordability in California and beyond:

Adhi Nagraj, San Francisco Director, SPUR
Dr. Jennifer Martinez, Executive Director Faith in Action Bay Area
Dr. Brian Asquith, National Bureau of Economic Research

The Terner Center's annual Fall Open House will follow the panel discussion. Please join us for refreshments and a short program and welcome from Faculty Director Carol Galante.
