252 Accelerator Application
Welcome and thank you for your interest in participating in our accelerator project!

About Us
The Sacramento Urban Ag Coalition was founded in 2012 for groups working in food access in our region. We have recognized the incredible amount of energy around community efforts to grow food. Our work now aims to create practical economic development opportunities, improve food security, and provide solutions to blight caused by unmaintained vacant lots. We work with urban farmers of all backgrounds to organize and access resources so urban farms can start up and thrive in Sacramento and beyond.

About 252 Accelerator
It is estimated that the sedimentary rock that comprises the Sacramento Valley was formed 252 million years ago. The 252 Accelerator aims to root aspiring ag entrepreneurs in Sacramento to our collective history while propelling toward a more inclusive and regenerative future.
