Acknowledge Fees And Payment Terms *
50% non-refundable deposit to be made via cash, cheque, PayNow, bank transfer, or e-invoice through vendors@gov within 48 hours of booking. Remainder payment to be made in cash, cheque, or PayNow immediately after the booth session. Booking will only be confirmed upon receiving deposit. Please note that you may lose your preferred date and time slot to other clients upon failure to make the deposit in a timely manner. We do not accept any change in date or timing after booking has been confirmed.
Acknowledge Terms And Conditions *
CIS reserves the right to photograph and record videos of the booth/event for training, review, and documentation purposes. CIS may use the photographs and videos for publicity purposes. All services provided by CIS are non-refundable. All deposits, payments, and transactions made are non-refundable. CIS reserves the right to make any appropriate changes to its terms and conditions at any time, as deemed necessary.
