The Fine Print
-  Sign-ups are limited to 8 teams
- Team sign ups are first come, first serve. Submitting this form does not guarantee that your team has a spot in the  league series. If you'd like to confirm, please email info@stowebowl.com after submitting the form!
- Team fees are due in full the first night of play, and are to be collected and submitted by your designated team captain.
- By submitting this form you explicitly grant permission to us to use photographs and/or video of you taken during league nights. You explicitly waive any right to further compensation in return for the use of these photographs. (If you prefer not to be photographed, please indicate this to us.)
