We have opened up more space in some of our cabins! There are currently open spots available in all of our cabins.

It's that time of year again! We are glad to have you at CJM Sunnyside Camp this year, which runs from Sunday, July 29 to Saturday, August 4. Expect a fun filled week of fellowship, bible studies, and recreational activities for all ages. We will also have campfires, sports, awesome praise and worship, crafts, skill-time, discussions and many other fun experiences!

CAMP FEE SCHEDULE
Camp fees for registrations received ON OR BEFORE JULY 1st for each age group can be found below. All registrations received AFTER JULY 1 will be subject to an additional $30/person LATE FEE.

Infants (Under 2): FREE
Nursery/Beginners (2 years - Kindergarten): $80
Primaries (Grade 1-3): $145
Juniors (Grade 4-6): $165
Intermediates (Grade 7-9): $185
Seniors (Grade 10-12): $205
Adults (Post-Secondary): $205
Adults (18+): $225
Seniors (65 and up): $165

Registrations are confirmed only after the fee payment has been received.


FAMILY DISCOUNT RATE
A special “Family Discount Rate” is available when two or more campers are from one family. THE OLDEST CAMPER (excluding seniors 65 and up) PAYS THE FULL CAMP FEE; all others get a 10% discount. (The senior’s rate is already discounted.) To qualify, you must pre-register and pre-pay before July 1st. Pre-school children MUST be accompanied by an adult.

FIRST-TIME CAMPER RATE
First-time campers staying in cabins (Grades 1 to 12) receive a 50% registration fee discount.  

ACCOMMODATIONS
Campers from Grades 1 to 12:
Campers from grades 1 to 12 will be staying in separate girls and boys dorms with camp staff counselors and broken up by their age groupings.  There is limited space for each dorm.  Please register your kids early, so as not to disappoint.  Kids will be placed on a waiting list once dorms are full.

Accommodations may be available for all other campers as follows:
1. MOTEL UNITS ($5/person/night)
These 4 bed units (2 bunk beds) are available on a per person, per nightly basis. Priority will be given to families with
young children staying full-time. Units may be required to be shared upon registrar’s discretion.
2. LODGE ROOMS ($60/person/week)
These rooms are for full-time campers only and based on quad (2 queen size beds, $240/week) or double (single queen size bed, $120/week) occupancy. Please bring your own queen size bed sheet(s).
3. MEN'S/WOMEN'S DORMS (No Fee)
Shared accommodations are available for adult individuals in the separate male and female dorms.
4. TENTS (No Fee)
Campers can bring their own tent and gear.
5. TRAILERS ($2/night/trailer)
Trailer stalls and water/sewer hook ups are available.

Note: Campers who register to stay in the Men/Women's Dorms, Motel or Lodge rooms are NOT guaranteed their requested room. These rooms are filled on priority basis. Registrations with requests to stay in the Men/Women's Dorms, Motel or Lodge rooms must be submitted with payment by July 1st. The registrar will confirm room assignment by July 16, 2018.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
A sleeping bag or warm blankets with bed sheets, pillow, a warm jacket, suitable indoor and outdoor camp clothes, personal items (towel, toiletries, etc.), swimsuit, rainy day wear, Bible and pen. OPTIONAL: baseball glove, camera, musical instrument, etc.

PLEASE NOTE: iPads, smartphones, video games, and other electronics are NOT permitted within the camper dorms. All electronics in camper dorms will be confiscated by the counselor and returned at the end of the week. Campers are expected to dress appropriately and modestly at all time.

Pets are to be kept away from group areas.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If a camper requires special attention, e.g. special diet, medication, etc., please specify on the registration form. It is the responsibility of campers from outside Canada to secure their own travel insurance before coming to camp. The travel insurance number must be included on the registration form. Please bring your policy with you to camp.

To adhere to our rental agreement, SMOKING AND ALCOHOL ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED ON CAMPGROUNDS.

FEES
Fees will be calculated by the registrars after the registration has been submitted. You will receive an e-mail shortly confirming the amount due.

Separate registrations must be submitted for each individual below.
