Citylife Thanksgiving Dinner (11/17) Volunteer Sign-up
Thank you so much for volunteering at Citylife's church-wide Thanksgiving Dinner. This dinner would not be possible without the help of volunteers in our church community. Please see below for a description of the volunteer roles/needs and fill out the form according to your preferences and availability. We are in need of approx. 25 volunteers - so please SHARE THIS with your friends!

Volunteer Roles & Needs
Set-up Team (3:45 - 5:00 pm)
- Room set-up: table placements for various stations, table cloths on tables
- Station set-up*
- Food stations: wire racks, water pans, food pans, burners
- Paperware station: plates, utensils, napkins
- Drinks station: beverages and cups
- Dessert station: dessert plates, utensils, napkins
- Greeter Table: name tags, sharpies
- Food runners to pick up food being dropped off curbside beginning at 4:45pm
*all necessary items and supplies will be provided, they just need to be set up at their designated areas

Dinner Team - 2 shifts (5:00 - 7:00 pm)
- Food running from curbside
- Greeter Table / Name Tags (1 or 2 volunteers)
- Kitchen servers: Receive food from food runners, set up food trays in kitchen
- Food station servers: replenish food trays, run food trays to/from kitchen
- Floaters: replenish/organize various other stations (paperware, drinks, desserts)
- Kitchen servers: Receive food from food runners, set up food trays in kitchen, begin washing non-disposable containers -
 and utensils in the kitchen
- Food station servers: replenish food trays, run food trays to/from kitchen
- Floaters: replenish/organize various other stations (paperware, drinks, desserts)

Clean-up Team (7:00 - 8:00 pm)
- Pack leftovers
- Give out leftovers (food, drinks, desserts)
- Putting everything in trash bags
- Washing non-disposable containers and utensils in kitchen
