Did you have any tears or an episiotomy of the perineum during childbirth?
Have you had surgery through the abdomen or pelvis (such as having your appendix or gallbladder removed, hernia surgery, bladder surgery, hysterectomy, back surgery or laparoscopic surgery of the belly)? *
Practice 10 belly breaths. As you breathe in your belly moves outward, as you breathe out your belly moves inward toward your spine. *
