The City of Manassas is seeking proposals from all interested and qualified parties for the purpose of leasing a ±2.647 acre parcel located at 10447 Wakeman Drive, Manassas, Virginia 20110 to construct an automobile parking lot, or some other suitable non-aeronautical endeavor that would be compatible for the parcel.
