CAPS Workshop Series - Spring 2017 - February 23rd, 2017
YOUR SELF-ESTEEM: AN INTERACTIVE WORKSHOP

In this workshop, we will discuss the defining feature of one's self-esteem: how one feels about oneself, and how 'self-esteem' differs from 'self-worth'. We will review some of the causes of a positive or negative self-esteem, and how this can manifest itself throughout one's life, e.g., in the ability to form and maintain relationships, and to succeed in a career. We will also discuss strategies for improvement.  Students will be given the opportunity to engage in activities for participation.
