Princeton HS & Princeton MS Online ImPACT Test Registration Form 
Please complete the following information so that your child can take an online ImPACT Test. Please remember that all athletes must take and pass an ImPACT test once every two years to be eligible to participate in our athletic program. Your child's last impact testing date can be checked by logging into your PowerSchool Account. Any ImPACT test score that expires during a fall, winter, or spring season will prohibit your athlete from participating in that season. The PPS Athletic Department will provide more testing opportunities if needed. Note: If you believe your child will require special accommodations, an alternative ImPACT Test will be provided.
