This form is to be used to secure bike fly-in/shipping services through TriCycle and Run for the upcoming IRONMAN Maryland event.  Please complete the form to the best of your ability in order to reserve your bike fly-in or on-site services for IRONMAN Maryland.

Do you plan to ship your bike to our retail location prior to the event? *
PLEASE NOTE:  We require that you include a PRE-PAID return shipping label inside the box with your bike when you ship it to us.  *Or supply us with your FedEx or UPS account number if you have an account.*  SHIPPING ADDRESS:  TriCycle and Run, 929 S. Talbot St., St. Michaels, MD  21663  **ALSO, if you have not previously shipped your bike for a race, we would recommend looking in to www.bikeflights.com**

If you answered yes to the previous question, please note that all bikes must be dropped off at our tent inside the Village no later than 11:00am Friday, September 28.

Please let us know when you would like your bike to be ready for pick-up (after assembly) at the IRONMAN Village.  We will do our best to accommodate your request. *
Please note that we prefer to have you plan to pick up your bike from our tent inside the IRONMAN Village located at Long Wharf Park.  If you are unable to pick up your bike at the Village, please email Laura ahead of time to make arrangements for us to deliver your bike to the transition area at Great Marsh Park.  Email address is immd@tricycleandrun.com
If you are bringing your bike to the IRONMAN Village for assembly, will you be requiring our services to disassemble and box your bike following the event?
