If you and your guests would like to attend our Veterans Day Convocation, there are TWO STEPS to sign up.
STEP 1: Please use the included link and the following instructions to pre-register for the event.

Page 1: Click Green next step button.
Page 2: Simply enter your name and birthday when prompted. When it asks for BUILDING* select “Union Elementary”. Click green next step button.
Page 3: When prompted for person visiting enter "Erin Kay" and for Reason for Visit enter Veterans Day Program.
It will then ask for the date of the visit. Please make use the date of the actual event, November 12, 2018.
Disregard the “If you’d like to notify anyone portion…” on this page and click Next Step.
Page 4: Click the green Complete Request button and you are done! You will NOT be notified by an email.
STEP 2:
In order to properly introduce our Veterans, we would also like to know a little more about them before the event. Please utilize this Google Form to tell us about the special guest.
