Thank you for joining us as an exhibitor for BET-C 2018. To reserve your exhibit table and/or sponsorship, please complete and submit this form as soon as possible. The details you provide will be featured to promote your organization on the BET-C 2018 website, throughout our social media marketing, and in the BET-C 2018 Conference Program.

In addition to this content, please submit your logo in vector or eps format to shannon@bet-c.org.

**New in 2018**
We are offering vendors the opportunity to sponsor Family Engagement Sponsorships for only $99 each. Family engagement sponsors will be listed in the conference program by name.The first organization to sponsor 3 or more family members will be recognized with an ad in the conference program ($200 value).

An invoice will be sent when your form is received. Once paid, your spot will be confirmed, if exhibiting or advertising. Additional registration details and instructions will be sent to you soon. We look forward to seeing you at BET-C 2018!
