The retreat will be held on Friday, October 19, 2018, from 9:00 am -- 4:00 pm at the GIX facility in Bellevue: gix.uw.edu/locations.

The morning breakout sessions will run in parallel (Faculty | PhD Students | Masters Students); all others are in a single track.

Note that our industry affiliate colleagues are welcome to join us for lunch and the afternoon sessions (11:30 -->), while all UW faculty, students, and researchers are invited for the whole day.

Continental breakfast will be available for the morning session, along with lunch and snacks for the afternoon break.

Shuttle bus service will be provided from the UW main campus to GIX in the morning (leaving at 8:30), and returning from GIX to the UW in the afternoon (at 4:30).
