Every Wednesday, beginning Nov. 14 through just after the New Year (eight weeks total), you will receive a weekly email that includes: Tips to help you cut down or maybe take a break from alcohol, tools and resources to help you reflect on your alcohol use, non-alcoholic recipe of the week, and weekly swap challenge - encourages you to make one small change, trading an unhealthy behavior with a healthier one.
