The KDI School understands the importance of protecting the privacy of personal information. You have the right to control whether or not the KDI School shares your information with the KDI School participants. [Restriction of Purpose]
 The KDI School will use students’ data for producing the 2018 Global Government Officials Seminar Directory Book (contact book) and distribute them to the participants of 2018 Global Government Officials Seminar including KDI students and NHI trainees. This is to provide consistent networking between KDI student and the newly appointed Korea government officials.
 
[Release of Information]
 The KDI School limits the release of information and does not share information for political or commercial purposes, or with individuals or companies outside the participants of 2018 Global Government Officials Seminar. Personal information is only shared to help connect members of 2018 Global Government Officials Seminar.

[Students’ Right to Refuse the Release of Information]
 Students may refuse the release of their personal information. However, they  may not be included in the directory book nor receive the directory book.

[Sharing Personal Information with a Third Party]
We may share personal information with third parties (2018 Global Government Officials Seminar participants including KDIS student, NHI trainees, staffs and professors) to enhance each participants’ communication experience with one another and facilitate activities.

[Storage of Information]
The KDI School will not store directory book data, including personal information, for longer than 1 year.
