Kaleidoscope After-school Artists and Maker Program 2016 - 2017
Join us for our CREATE! Afternoon Artists and Makers Program for Kids! Students will engage in and learn about the visual arts world as well as what it means to be a maker. As we work through the creative process, students explore and learn skills essential to life - critical thinking, problem solving, collaboration, and curiosity that is translated into art and other creative works. We will also delve in to all things STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math). We strive to always think outside the box and color outside the lines at the studio. By keeping the program small, students are allow to explore at their own will and utilize almost any materials available at the studio on any given day. Students are encouraged to think, plan, discuss, learn, teach, listen and create with others. NEW THIS FALL - We will be adding field trips to our program - hikes, nature walks, museum visits, public art explorations, and more. We offer a 2, 3, 4 or 5 day per week program. Children ages 8+ may attend any combinations of days. Tues/Thurs is restricted to ages 8+. M/W/F are for ages 6+. The Annual application fee is required to secure a spot.

Monthly Tuition terms
A monthly invoice will be sent and payment is due by the 1st of the month. Otherwise, a $10 late fee will be assessed after the 5th of the month.

Please expect your child to get dirty during our classes; we play and work hard. Please have your student wear play clothes or bring a large shirt to wear over their clothes. *
We will provide smocks and aprons as requested.
Photos and videos of students and activities are taken during class and they may be shared and used in promotional materials. If you do not wish for your student to be photographed please notify the director in writing, on or before the first day of class *
These hands-on Art/Maker classes are run by an trained educator. All reasonable attempts will be made to ensure your student's safety. Students whose behavior endangers others or is not conducive to the environment will be removed from class without refund. Parents and guardians agree not to hold Kaleidoscope Studios, Kim Jenkins, the facility location, or any of their employees or representatives, responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur. I also understand that this program is exempt from license by the State of Georgia/Bright from the Start. *

Cancellation Policy: Application fees are non-refundable. This program is runs during the school year (CSD Calendar). To discontinue the program, a 30 day written notice must be provided. If less than 30 days is provided, your account will be charged for the following month tuition. *
