Below are the firm dates where there are tournaments available in Ontario throughout this summer. Please indicate which tournaments you can attend if selected for the team. It is anticipated that we will be doing 6-8 of these tournaments.

Please indicate if the player will be available to participate in weekly outdoor practices from May through August on Thursday evenings from 6:30-8:30pm (may change to 6-8pm depending on sunset).

Please indicate if the player will be available to participate in batting practices from May through August on Friday evenings from 6:30-8:30pm (key dates will be the Fridays before tournaments).

If the player does not make the first U14 team, would she be willing to play on a second team if there is enough interest? Second team would be considered a development team and we would plan on attending 3 tournaments.

If the player does not make the first U14 team, and is interested in playing on the second team, would you be willing to help coach that team? We would plan on conducting some joint practices and mixed exhibition games to let these players gain more experience.

If you feel that you cannot commit fully to the select program, please indicate to the extent you are willing to commit. Final costing for participating has not been determined but a rough estimate would have the summer select program cost about $300-$350 (includes practice shirt and jersey, tournament fees, Blue Chips access, practice fields etc). If a second team is formed, the fee for that team would be around $175 per player.
