Camp Credit
Registration Confirmation: *
Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. Email confirmation will be provided upon receipt of payment. No refund will be made, unless a class is cancelled due to insufficient numbers. Payments must be made upon registration. Camp Credits may be awarded in exceptional circumstances.
Terms & Conditions *
At the close of each session, guardians will be required to pick up students from the school. In the event of a Typhoon 3 signal or Red/Black rainstorm signal (unless lowered 2 hours before the session is scheduled to commence), other bad weather situations or an increasing number of influenza cases, the session(s) will be cancelled and the lesson fee deducted future enrolment. No credit will be given for a student who misses a session for any other reason, unless a doctors note is presented. Guardians will be contacted via SMS text message at least 45 minutes prior to session.  Minisport may use photos or videos taken during sports classes for use in promotional material and on our website. These photos or videos will not be passed onto third parties. If you do not wish us to use photos or videos that include your children, please contact us at info@minisport.hk. In the case of bad weather and no indoor backup, the makeup day will be on the Friday/Saturday of each camp week. Should there weeks with three missed days, you will be awarded credit upon enrolment of future camps, classes or parties. As we deal with many different pricing structures for multiple children/earlybird deals- we set this daily credit rate at $480. Timetables may be subject to change.
Liability Waiver *
I hearby affirm that my child is in good physical condition to exercise. His/her participation is purely voluntary and in no way mandated by Minisport or the program partners. Also, I understand that he/she can stop at any time if he/she has any discomfort or even without any particular reason. In no event shall Minisport HK/ their partners or their officers, employees, or agents be held liable for any injury, death, or property loss which he/she may suffer during the activities if caused by either his/her own negligence, inadequacies in health and fitness, or by accident. All children aged 5 and under must be accompanied and Minisport is in no way liable for the containment of any child under 5yrs during the camp.
