Skills We’ll Cover:
The Basics – pedal stroke, braking, getting out of the saddle
Wheels lifts – clearing obstacles
Climbing & Descending with confidence
Slow speed manoeuvring & high speed cornering
Riding burms
Sand riding and more...
Riders will be split into groups based on previous experience/skill level
What to Bring:
HELMET - mandatory. No helmet = no riding
Trail-worthy bike (no cruisers, please)
Water bottle
Granola bar or something to keep you happy and awake
Spare tube, tire lever, hand pump – whatever you normally carry in case of a flat. Don’t know what to do in case of a flat? We’re gonna change that.
Emergency contact with medical alert information (e.g. a card in your pocket, Road ID wristband
