This is a non-binding, statement of your intent to support the formation of the Gryphon
Co-Operative. It is fully understood that you may change your commitment level as details of the
structure are solidified. Once we have reached a level of commitment from all potential members
that will allow the formation of the co-operative, we will be contacting you for finalization of your
buy-in to the co-operative which we will need to move forward. Please do not commit more than
you are able to afford to part with come October!

Eagle Member. I wish to join the Gryphon Co-Operative at the $5,000 level. I am interested in actively participating in the store and will work a minimum of 5 hours (paid work) every quarter to improve the business.

Lion Member. I wish to join the Gryphon Co-Operative at the $100 level.

In addition to my above membership level, I wish to purchase Investment shares to assure the success and continued existence of Gryphon Games & Comics. (Investment shares will pay dividends. Minimum of $100.) Additional Investment amount:

We are in need of a few people to help us bridge the financial gap between now and the launch of the Co-operative. If you are willing to provide a loan to Gryphon in exchange for member shares in the co-operative at the launch (guaranteed by a promissory note), please let us know and we will be in touch.

I am interested in providing Gryphon a loan to help with the transition. This will then become member and/or investment shares in the Gryphon Co-op.
