2017-18 Tournament Sign-Ups
This registration form will allow you to sign up for upcoming wrestling tournaments. You must use this form to communicate to us that you would like to sign your child up for a tournament.

You need to fill out this form separately for EACH tournament you would like your child to wrestle in.

Without this form being completed, we will NOT make any assumptions about tournaments. Also, we will NOT register any wrestler for a tournament unless the tournament fee has been submitted.

Following your completion of this form AND our receiving payment, we will register our club members for the tournaments.

In order to effectively register wrestlers on time, we need you to please choose a specific weight class from the established USAW weight chart. We will need a specified weight class. If multiple weight classes are listed, we will enter your child in the higher of the two. Not every tournament will allow wrestlers to move up a weight after registration.
