Shreve Elementary Leadership Day Registration Form - March 8, 2018

Please fill out and submit one form for each participant. The $40 registration fee per person is due by February 16, 2018. (We are no longer accepting online registration! If you are interested, please contact us at 330-567-2837.) Please feel free to combine payment for all members of your district that will be in attendance.

Titan Teams (Learn more about how our students find unique and fun ways to interact with staff and community members outside of the typical academic environment but still during the normal school day. Examples include: sign language, cooking, coding, Wildlife 101, Zumba, etc.)

Student Leadership Roles (From classroom leadership roles to building-wide leadership roles, we invite you to hear all about how our students have the opportunity to lead every day.)

Classroom Lesson #1 - 7 Habits lesson (If you are new to the 7 Habits and haven’t had the opportunity to see a lesson in a classroom setting, then this is a must for you.)

Classroom Lesson #2 - Integrated 7 Habits lesson (Join one of our classrooms as our teachers show you an integrated approach to teaching the 7 Habits through the content of a core academic subject.)

PBIS Behavior System (Our building-wide positive behavior system has been instrumental in supporting leadership skills in a unified approach for all grade levels. If you are interested in learning more about a behavior system that tracks both positive and negative behaviors in a consistent manner building-wide, then this session will be beneficial for you.)

Leadership Notebooks, Student-Led Conferences & WIGs-Wildly Important Goals (If you are ready for your students to set goals, track goals, and be in charge of their own learning, then this session will help you understand how to get started.)

Leadership Luncheons (See how we invite our community into our building to experience our leadership principles through the voices of our students.)

Staff Action Teams (Listen and learn about how our staff members find ways to support leadership through the use of their own strengths. We will share ideas about how we continually change the way we structure our action teams to meet the needs of our big rocks.)
