The Department of Public Safety has issued a directive that forbids subordinate departments from having their own complaint form. Consequently, this form is closed and all complaints should now be filed with the Department of Public Safety directly. Please note that there is nothing forbidding you from messaging a (High) Command member directly, however it is likely that all matters requiring investigation will be handed over to DPS.

The Commendations form has also temporarily closed due to the fact that most forms submitted here were complaint forms. This form may be altered to only contain the commendation form in the future, however it will likely remain closed until enough information has spread about the complaint form.
