This survey is going to form the major part of a research project into the use of force within mental health units in the United Kingdom. The aim of this survey is to gather the opinions of the general public in regards to this area.

- Any data provided will be stored and kept in the strictest of confidence under the Data Protection Act 1998 and in line with ICO guidance.
- This research has been approved by the Law faculty at BMetC
- All results are going to be anonymised and each response shall be assigned an alphanumeric tag
