Two (2) Year Limited Warranty

Avidhrt Inc. (USA) warrants the Avidhrt  Physical Products (“Avidhrt Product”) contained in the original packaging against defects in materials and quality when used in accordance with  Avidhrt guidelines for a period of  TWO (2) YEARS  from the date of purchase  ( Warranty.)

 Warranty Limitations and Exclusions

Avidhrt does not warrant that the operation of the Avidhrt Product will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Avidhrt is not responsible for damages arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the Avidhrt Product.

The Warranty is not applicable to normal wear and tear,  batteries and cosmetic damages unless Avidhrt determined the defect is in materials or quality.  

The Warranty is not applicable to damages caused by a third party use of component or product that does not meet the Avidhrt Product specifications.

The Warranty does not cover the damages caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, fire, fluid contact, earthquake, influence of electrolytic actions
or other external causes beyond the control of Avidhrt Inc .

The Warranty is not applicable to damage caused by operating the Avidhrt Product outside Avidhrt’s published guidelines.

The Warranty is not applicable to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Avidhrt or an Avidhrt Authorized Agent.

The Warranty is not applicable to an Avidhrt Product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of Avidhrt.

The Warranty is not applicable if any serial number has been removed or defaced or erased in any manner from the Avidhrt Product.

The Warranty is not applicable if you are unable to prove that you are the authorized user of the product (e.g., by presenting this warranty certificate.)and is not transferable.

Warranty Replacement
Avidhrt will, at its option, replace the Avidhrt Product with the same model (or with your consent a product that has similar functionality) formed from new or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
