If you are filling out this form you are interested in becoming a SMAANZ Mentee. Please note, you must be a SMAANZ Member to apply to be a Mentee (http://smaanz.org/membership/). Whilst we accept EOI for our program at any time, we match Mentees with Mentors twice a year (March 1st, and September 1st).

3. We will advise you when the next match up will be occurring (either March 1st or September1st)

4. You will receive an email from our Mentor Program Chair closer to the match up date if further information is required

3. Mentors and Mentees will be notified of their match by the SMAANZ Mentor Program Chair, and once contact details are exchanged the Mentor and Mentee can commence their relationship
