Official Rules of the Charitable Grounds Coffee Year Sweepstakes
No purchase or payment is necessary in order to enter the sweepstakes. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. Only by responding to the required questions on this survey and submitting a valid email address will you be entered into the Sweepstakes.

Entry Limit: one (1) entry is allowed per individual and per e-mail address for each separate online promotion unless otherwise specified.

Prize: The winner(s) will receive a coupon code for $250 to apply to the purchase of any twelve (12) month subscription of coffee from the Sponsor. The winner will still be responsible for any shipping, handling, or taxes to be collected upon claiming the Prize. These additional charges will depend solely on the shipping options selected by the winner when claiming their prize.

The winner(s) will be notified by email. There will be at least one (1) winner.

Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing. Drawing will be conducted by a Sponsor representative on or about January 1st, 2016. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

Eligibility: this Sweepstakes is open to residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old and have an Internet connection. Employees of the Sponsor and any Promoter and their affiliates, Sweepstakes supervisors and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Void where prohibited.

The entry period begins on July 01, 2015 (12:00 AM, ET) and ends on December 31, 2015 (11:59 PM, ET)

Prize Claiming: the winner will have until December 31, 2016 to claim their prize. All claims are void after that date.

Publicity: entry constitutes consent to use of Winner's name, likeness and address (city, state) for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

Cancellation: Any sweepstakes may be canceled, suspended and/or modified, in whole or in part, if in the opinion of the Sponsor any fraud, technical failure or other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Neither the Sponsor nor any Promoter is responsible for computer malfunctions, network connections, email delivery problems, systems failure or incompatibility, typographical, technical or key-stroke errors, or interruptions in internet service.

Limitations of Liability: If for any reason an entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, the entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the same or a comparable Sweepstakes (or, if that is not possible for any reason, in a random drawing from among other eligible entries for any or all of the unclaimed prizes offered). No claimant in any dispute involving the Sponsor or any Promoter shall be entitled to claim or obtain indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages. Liability of the Sponsor or any Promoter on a claim is limited to the value of the Prize in question.
