Experience With ERP Integrations
The purpose of this research is to gain an understanding of the widespread organisational move towards integrating internal business processes with external web applications.
This study will also consider ERP providers efforts to make their software easier to integrate with.

Questionnaire consists of:
A short 5 minute questionnaire relating to the participant's experience integrating with their ERP (Enterprise Resource Planner e.g. Microsoft Dynamics NAV, or SAP).
 
Data will be analysed 'anonymously', without any specific reference to particular participants or companies. As a formal academic study the availability and distribution of this work will be at the discretion of City, University of London.
