Diabetes type 2 is a disease can happen when someone has a diet high in sugars and fats and does not get regular exercise. The good news is that you can prevent it. To prevent diabetes, first watch what you eat. Do you eat a lot of bread, potatoes, rice or pasta? How much vegetables do you eat? This will keep you healthy and reduce the glucose levels in your blood stream. Also, it is important to do regular exercise because it brings your body weight down. 30 minutes a day, five times a week is healthy.
