Note that for reasons of confidentiality, the school does not provide us with any information about your child or yourself. Therefore, please be sure to include any information that may be relevant whether or not it is on file with the school. The information you submit is entirely confidential and will be used only to administer the after school program at Timmerman.

E-mail Sign-Up
We send essential information to all parents by e-mail or (in rare cases) by phone. We also send out optional program updates (specific to the after school programs and recommended) and weekly newsletters (a summary of major chess goings on in the region). Would you like to subscribe to either of these optional e-mails?
Media Consent *
During the program, we capture photos and video to share with the school and parents via the e-mail updates. These are a great way for parents to connect with the program and get a sense of the program; photos of your child will never be shared outside of the school without consent. If you wish, you may opt out, in which case no photos of your child will be shared at all.
