It's time to make a choice. Are you going to stay silent in this historic moment?

Mass incarceration is a civil rights crisis. We lock up more people and at a higher rate than any other country. Locally and nationally, this crisis hits people of color more than white people. Getting Sheriff Howard out of office and building a base of anti-racists in Erie County is a local practical way to fight this problem.

Howard won last time when turnout was really low. We need to make sure everyone who pledged to vote against him gets to the polls!  There will be something for everyone to do to help - phone calls, canvassing, child care, passing out literature, feeding other volunteers, holding signs on street corners, and more.  If you've never done one of these roles, we will provide training and everything you need to be successful.
