These are direction questions for considering how to move standard compiler options forward as mentioned in P1178. These are some, reformulated, of the questions I was hoping to get answered by SG15 during the San Diego meeting. One important aspect is that I'm asking separate questions about the compiler options vs. having an "std::compile" function.
