The Presidential Scholarship is the most prestigious and rewarding scholarship HBSA has to offer. This scholarship has the highest expectations and requirements that MUST be met in order to receive the scholarship. HBSA wants to reward those who not only meet the requirements but prove that they have taken the opportunities HBSA offers.
