I understand that if my son/daughter auditions for a role in the ensemble, I will need to attend the mandatory parent meeting on Thursday, September 6 at 7:00 pm. *
I have reviewed the HTC Cast Calendar online to see the Rehearsal Schedule for September through November.  I understand the extraordinary time commitment an HTC production entails. *
I will make every effort to prevent any significant rehearsal conflicts from being scheduled for September through November.   *
I will be expected to help complete my son/daughter’s REHEARSAL CONFLICT GOOGLE DOC. I understand that if there is a significant number of conflicts, it may forego my son’s/daughter’s participation in the production. *
I understand there is a cast fee of $150 to cover the expenses of the tee shirt, cast photo, the production photo CD, and the catered dinners during tech week due and payable in September. If I have a concern about the payment, I will email Mr. Wolfe. *
I promise to view the HTC Orientation Presentation posted for any new members on the Audition Page.  Furthermore, I will read the editions of HTC Weekly which are distributed via email to company members and their parents every Thursday night from September through November. *
I understand that my son/daughter will need to complete the other forms located on the Audition Information page before callback auditions in order to be considered for a role. *
I understand typing my name below is the same as signing an agreement.   *
