Market Makeover Volunteer Day at African Caribbean Food Market
African Caribbean Food Market is a small neighborhood market selling specialty cultural foods of Jamaica, East, and West Africa. This market is part of the Live Well Community Market Program, led by UC San Diego's Center for Community Health. Volunteers will reorganize the market by moving and grouping products, putting up new signage, doing some light cleaning, and maybe even painting! This revitalization will help customers navigate through the market and find exactly what they are looking for. It will also help open up space for more fresh produce!
