This is a Google Forms version of the copyrighted 2017 NFHS Rules test.

Every referee in the association who officiates high school matches must pass this exam with a score of 75 or better.  There are 100 questions in the exam.  There is no time limit and you may reference your rule book.  You may take the test as many times as needed.  However, you must do the test yourself.
