Terms and conditions: This form accepts registrations for the NIA 2017 symposium on March 30 2017. All non-member registrations (excluding NIA member guests) will pay a fee of €150 plus VAT, to be payable 30 days after receipt of invoice or by March 29 2017, whichever is soonest. Non-payment of invoices due may result in the registration being cancelled. Registration may be cancelled up to 15 days before the event with full refund. After this time, a refund of 50% will be issued.
