2017, OFC Open House for potential Catechetical Trainers, Bridging Catechists & Volunteers
Dear Friends,

Peace be with you! The Office for Catechesis (OFC) is having an Open House on Saturday, 8 July 2017 for all interested in the following:

a) Archdiocesan Catechetical Trainers (ACT) Programme (for 2018 intake):
OFC is looking for Catechetical Trainers to assist OFC in training catechists and supporting catechetical ministries.
        Formation for Catechetical Trainers includes certifications with two internationally recognised catechetical    
        institutions as well as OFC formation and parish attachments.

b) Level 3-Level 7 Bridging Programme Catechists for:
- CAEC Bridging Centre (at 2 Highland Road)
- East District Bridging Centre (based at Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour)
- West District Bridging Centre (based at Blessed Sacrament Church)

c) Volunteering with OFC:
- Logistics & Administration
- Helping those enquiring about the faith
- Materials making
- Media & Publicity

Please see the attached document for details on the respective programmes.

Interested catechists or assistants are also welcome to observe a Bridging Programme session during the Open House. Please note that there is a limit to the number of observers allowed per session.

9.30 am Observation of Bridging Programme session
11.00am Break
11.30am Briefing on ACT, Bridging Programme & other volunteer positions
1.30pm Ends
