Exhibiting
All exhibitors receive a designated outdoor 10’X10’ space. One 30”x8’ table and two chairs will be provided. You are welcome to bring your own tent or canopy, if you wish. Tents must be weighted down. Please do not use stakes. Contact Hamline Elementary PTA directly to discuss your needs. All exhibitors are expected to adhere to zero waste and other festival rules and guidelines. Exhibitors will not be confirmed until full payment is received.
Activities are a fun way to draw people into your booth as well as educate them about your organization. We love to see our neighbors and vendors/exhibitors interacting. Please consider adding an activity to your booth to help increase your interactions and fun.
Fees and Discounts
The booth fee will go to covering the cost of the festival and as a fundraiser for the Hamline Elementary PTA, dedicated to supporting and funding arts education at Hamline Elementary School. Please inquire if you have questions about your group’s eligibility or fees.
Vendor / Exhibitor Please choose one:
Free Will Donation : Neighborhood Based, Volunteer-led unincorporated Community Groups, Government Agency, Nonprofit Organization
$25 - Artisans / Independent Consultants
$50 - Hamline Midway / District 11- based organizations and businesses (The organization/business is physically located in Hamline Midway neighborhood or its proprietor is a resident)
$75 - Organizations and businesses outside the Hamline Midway / District 11 area.
