The Guru Yoga practices focus on experiencing union with a spiritual teacher’s realisations of the nature of mind, in order to inspire others to discover their own freedom.
In this 9 day retreat, we will investigate Guru Yoga outside the Asian context, bringing a different perspective to this traditional Tibetan spiritual practice.

both beginners and those who wish to deepen this practice, are sincerely invited.
*FACILITATOR - JANGCHUB 'LINDSAY' REID
Jangchub Reid has been a teacher of meditation since 1973. He trained in the practice of mindfulness and Buddha Dharma since 1975 with his main teacher, Namgyal Rinpoche, master of many Buddhist traditions.
He received inspiration and many transmissions from great masters, such as H.H. the XVI Karmapa, Choegyal Namkhai Norbu, H.H. Sakya Trizin, and H.E. Chobgye Trichen Rinpoche.
Jangchub teaches in an open, relaxed way that is direct and accessible to people of any background. He encourages people to experience for themselves the true nature of their minds, thus liberating a profound flow of peace and compassion.
Since 2003, he has also taught in the UK, France and Brazil, as well as New Zealand. In 2013, he founded Mindfulness Trainings International (MTi), – training programmes for instructors’ of mindfulness.
