Shref will cover some topics that include but are not exclusively about how to determine initiation and impact and how to be in the correct position to see the action depending on your skating role. He will also teach you how to communicate effectively to each other and some non standard verbal communication that is very useful to learn.

Riff Reff will teach you how to NSO at the highest level of game play, including the things that go beyond standard prosedures. Topics will include how to run a Penalty Box and a Score Table effeciently, including advanced paperwork tips and tricks, as well as electronic Penalty Tracking.
