We must confirm that we have the number of volunteers required for the event 4 days prior to the event. If you must cancel, you must do it before this deadline or provide someone to take your place. We can not participate without the exact number of people required by Sodexo. Email Sarah Anton at spesav@gmail.com immediately if you need to give up your spot.
Uniforms will be provided at check in. Aprons must be signed out and returned at the end of the event. Please wear a blue or white t-shirt, khaki pants or shorts, and closed toe and heel shoes. Each non-profit group member will need to have a form of identification (State ID, State Driver’s license) upon arrival check in. It is against Michigan and Sodexo Policy to go into the seating bowl or field of play at any time.  Bags or purses are not allowed in the stadium.
Volunteer meals should be consumed before gates open. Volunteers cannot consume meals in view of the fans. Employee meals and drinks cannot be consumed or stored inside the concession stand at any time. All meals must be eaten in the concourse or other non-food prep area.
There will be an inventory lead and a cashier lead in the group. The group will be dismissed by Sodexo when all inventory and cash has been turned in and appropriately accounted for. Excessive food waste, dirty work area, or excessive cash discrepancies will be cause for termination of our group by Sodexo.
Parking information: The University of Michigan has provided free parking for our Non Profit Group Members at Wolverine Towers located near the intersection of State St. and Eisenhower Pkwy in Ann Arbor. We do encourage volunteers to carpool, as free parking can be limited. A free shuttle from Wolverine Towers to Michigan stadium is provided for all workers which will drop you off directly outside of gate 2. From the drop off point, proceed to the Sodexo staff check in located at Gate 2.
Work times are generally 2 hours before event start time and closing begins after half time (for football) or last scheduled intermission for other events.
