DES VANCOUVER CREDIT POLICY
Terms of Sale
As stated on our invoices, our terms of sale are Net 30. All payments are to be made in Canadian dollars.
Past Due
A 1 1/2% per month late payment service charges start to accrue on the past due amount beginning with the first day it's past due and will be reflected on your monthly statement.
Credit Hold
Accounts that have open invoices that are 60 days old will be put on "credit hold" until all past due amounts have been paid. These accounts will be asked to pay on a COD basis until the balance is brought current.
Collections
If legal action becomes necessary to collect delinquent accounts, purchaser agrees to pay all attorney fees, collection agency fees, interest and court costs including cost of appeals.
