Scholarship Application
The Lake School is committed to helping families pay for a quality preschool education. Within the confines of a tight budget, we try to provide as much financial aid as possible to families who demonstrate financial need as assessed by the School's Executive Board Scholarship Committee. Through our annual campaign and operating funds, we are able to raise  money to assist a few families each year.

Scholarship Qualifications
Financial Aid is usually awarded to families whose income ranges between $25,000 and $90,000 gross annually. We also take into account family size, assets and other obligations facing the family and more.

Please complete this form within 2 weeks of receiving it and no later than May 30th and also submit an electronic or hard copy of your most recent federal tax return.
