IGRA and the National Library of Israel are organizing a meeting for all people in Israel that are planning to attend the IAJGS International Conference on Jewish Genealogy this August in Warsaw. The goal of the meeting is to meet other attendees, find out how to get the most out of the conference and the resources in Warsaw, and to find out what resources at the NLI and CAHJP might benefit you before the conference.

The meeting will take place on June 26, 2018 in the National Library of Israel between 4pm and 8pm, and will offer chances to network, speak to experts, and listen to lectures on resources and getting the most out the conference. There will be refreshments there, but we need to know how many people will be attending so we know how much to order. Letting us know you plan to attend is very helpful. This meeting is open to all people planning to attend the conference (not just IGRA members).

העמותה למחקר גנאלוגי בישראל והספריה הלאומית מזמינות את היוצאים לכנס הבינ"ל לגנאלוגיה יהודית שיתקיים בחודש אוגוסט בוורשה 2018, למפגש היכרות והדרכה. מטרת המפגש הינה הכרות בין היוצאים, והדרכה כיצד למצות את האפשרויות בכנס, ומקורות מידע בעיר וורשה. כמו כן מידע שאפשר למצוא בספריה הלאומית ובארכיון המרכזי של העם היהודי כהכנה לכנס. המפגש יערך בספריה הלאומית בירושלים, ביום ג' 26.06.18 בין השעות  4 אחה"צ ועד 8 בערב.

בתכנית: מפגש רעים והיכרות בין היוצאים, הדרכה מבעלי נסיון והרצאה על אפשרויות המידע בכנס בסביבתו. כל זאת באוירה נעימה וכיבוד טעים. נשמח לפגוש את כל היוצאים לכנס, וגם את מי שלא יוצא. הכניסה חופשית, לצורך הארגון נדרש להרשם ע"מ שנוכל להכין כראוי את האירוע.
