16-BIT eSports is currently looking for new applicants for their GENESIS team. This team will serve as a the secondary main team in our organization. GENESIS will be applying for all the same tournaments and receive the same opportunities as the main team. Benefits of joining the GENESIS team at 16-BIT eSports include:
-Multiple Coaches and Analysts who will be providing support
-In-House Scrims with our main team (D4 average)
We offer a non-toxic, open-minded environment that supports constructive criticism and teamwork. We want everyone to have a good time playing competitive League of Legends.

Minimum Rank for Applications: Platinum 3 (Diamond + Preferred) **contact coachcookiez@gmail.com for any exceptions**

Applications will be judged by a players performance in any of the tryouts (see above schedule)

We are looking for members who are:
-Skilled mechanically and have a good knowledge of champion matchups and builds for their position.
-Are communicative (voice chat and pings) and willing to trust teammate shotcalling.
-Are able to attend scrims and practices consistently (times will be polled)

Being a respectful and non-toxic player is a must. Players will be warned and be removed from the organization after multiple offences.
