The Planning Committee urges all breakout session presenters to include a moderator/recorder to assist presenters in staying on schedule, to facilitate the question and answer segment of the session, and to provide a brief written summary of the session for the conference web pages. If you can provide a moderator/recorder for your session, please enter their contact information here.

All breakout sessions rooms will be equipped with wireless internet connectivity, a digital projector, and a screen. Please indicate whether any additional equipment will be required for your session (e.g., audio/speakers, large easel, markers, etc.). Please make arrangements to bring a laptop, as this equipment is not provided for presenters. A VGA adapter is necessary for MAC machines.
